Group orders

Shipping costs for corals or fish are high. Group orders (Commandes groupées, left menu) put you in touch with hobbyists in your area to order together and share the costs.

Follow your area

1. Enter your departments (Mes départements): yours and the neighbouring ones, up to 10.
2. The Near me (Près de chez moi) tab lists open orders in those departments.
3. Turn on Notify me of new listings (Me prévenir des nouvelles annonces) to get a notification for each new order.

The list of your departments stays on your server.

Organise an order

Organise an order (Organiser une commande) publishes a listing:

Field	Content
Title, shop, shop website	What you are ordering, and where
Department, pickup area	Town or district, never your address
Deadline	Until when people can join the order
Nickname, contact	Your contact is only visible to participants
Details	Free shipping threshold, cost sharing, payment, pickup date…

Then, in My orders (Mes commandes):

• you see each participant, their contact and what they want to order;
• you can remove a participant, edit the listing, mark it Ordered (Commande passée), reopen it or delete it.

Join an order

Join (Je participe) asks for your nickname, your contact and what you want to order. Only the organiser sees your contact; you see theirs once you have joined. You can leave at any time.

Payment and pickup are settled directly between you.

Good to know

• Listings are kept by the publisher’s service (hub.aquasmanager.fr) and deleted 30 days after the deadline, or as soon as the organiser deletes them.
• Report an abusive listing (spam, illegal content): after several reports, it is hidden pending moderation.
• The details of the data exchanged are in the privacy policy. The service is turned off with AQUAS_HUB_URL=none (see the configuration).
